Products & Services
a. Digital Products
All digital items (e.g., guides, downloads) are non-refundable and licensed for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.
b. Physical Artwork
All physical artwork available through this site is created by the artist. Physical products include original paintings, limited-edition prints, art prints, postcards, and stickers. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind; once sold, that piece is gone for good. Prints are produced in small, limited quantities, numbered and signed. Edition and set details can be found in the product description. Because everything is handmade, slight variations in color or texture are part of what makes each piece unique and are not defects. Colors may also appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor settings. The artist reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Payments
The artist processes payments securely through trusted third-party processors. Your credit card information is not stored. All prices are listed in USD. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. The artist reserves the right to cancel an order if a payment issue arises or pricing error. Please see the Return Policy for details on refunds.
While the artist makes every effort to keep inventory accurate, in the rare event that an item sells out before your order can be fulfilled, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
Shipping
The artist currently ships to the United States. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your order to ship.
