All sales are final. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of the artwork sold here, the artist does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including original paintings, prints, and postcards.
Damaged Items
The artist takes great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. While refunds are not offered for damaged items the artist recommends filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as shipment may be eligible for carrier insurance coverage. Keeping all original packaging materials will help support your claim.
Exceptions
Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
- If an item sells out before your order can be fulfilled
- If an order is cancelled due to a payment issue or pricing error
In either case, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
